The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. On July 24, 2019, around 04:30, the Defendant assaulted the victim by breaking the victim’s right knife with her hand, on the ground that the victim’s knife is bad, while talking with the victim D (at least 19 years of age) in the street in the vicinity of the Ccafeteria located in Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si.
2. The facts charged in the instant case are crimes that cannot be prosecuted against the victim’s explicit intent.
(Article 260(3) of the Criminal Act. However, since the victim submitted a written agreement after the prosecution of this case, the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327(6) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
