A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Criminal facts
1. C, D, and the Defendant directly recruited customers in the illegal gambling game room operated by C, and D, or shared the role of making contact with C, etc. by taking into account whether there is a crackdown on the police outside the game room, by directly attracting customers, or by making a prompt title Daejeon Business Team (referring to a person who gets into Daegu area and conducts the game room business by strengthening the crackdown on the game room in the Daejeon District among those related to the Daejeon District) and by attracting customers with Daejeon Business Team, and examining whether there is a crackdown on the police outside the game room.
C and D, from June 2013 to July 8, 2013, from the Haman on the first floor of Daegu Suwon-gu E (hereinafter referred to as “E Game Center”), provided 30 games on the “sea-to-sea” game machine, which did not receive a rating, to unspecified customers and provided 4,500 won in cash per point.

B. The Defendant sent one "F", which is the cause of the Daejeon Business Team, to attract customers at the above date and at the above place, to the above game room, and sent the game room customers with the above F, and confirmed whether the police was regulated outside the game room.
C. C and D are, from August 2013 to early September 2013, 2013, in the mutual influent game room on the fourth G floor in Daegu Suwon-gu (hereinafter “G game room”).
