1. Facts of recognition;
A. On June 19, 2008, the Defendant deposited each expropriation compensation under Article 40(2)1 of the Act on Acquisition of and Compensation for Land, etc. for Public Works Projects (hereinafter “Land Compensation Act”) on the ground that G and H are unable to receive the expropriation compensation, with respect to the share of 218/200 of the share of 216/200 among the land incorporated in the Housing Site Development Project (D zone 10 vehicles, E, Ministry of Construction and Transportation notification E, and December 11, 2006), among the land incorporated in the Housing Site Development Project (D zone).
