A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Doing Vehicle) is a person engaging in driving a three-dimensional vehicle;
At around 02:50 on May 17, 2016, the Defendant driven the front road of the building in Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, and proceeded to the front side of the said car on the front side of the said car at the right intersection of the plenary session.

2. On July 9, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of one million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) at the Seoul Northern District Court (Seoul Northern District Court) and a fine of seven million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) at the Seoul Northern District Court on March 17, 2016.
At around 02:50 on May 17, 2016, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license, driven a car with Cents in about 5km from the front side of a drinking felel in Nowon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City Nowon-gu to the front road of the Seoul Westernbuk-gu.
As a result, the defendant is punished not less than twice for driving without obtaining a driver's license.
