특수절도등
A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. Larceny;
A. From around 06:15 on March 5, 2020 to around 06:31 on the same day, the Defendant committed a theft by citing the total market value of electric cables (name CV95S Q, diameter approximately 1cm, approximately 43m in length) 4, which were the victim C owned by the victim C while keeping under custody of solar heat board at the same place, from around 06:31 on March 5, 2020.
B. From March 12, 2020 to around 04:19 on March 12, 2020 to around 05:02 on the same day, the Defendant cut off the cables (name CV300 S Q, diameter of 3cm, 23m in length) owned by the victim C, which were kept in front of the distribution box, and cut off them to the cut line, prepared in advance for an amount equivalent to KRW 800,000,000 in market value.
2. From around 05:22 on March 10, 2020 to around 05:43 of the same day, the Defendant: (a) opened a container container door and intruded into a container store located in the construction site of the Gyeongyang-gun Ddong, the victim E, who was in custody at the night; and (b) cut off the container amounting to KRW 1.2 million in total, KRW 70,000,000 in total, KRW 2,000,000 in total, and KRW 50,000 in the market price of the Gyeongdong, the victim E, who was in custody.
3. From March 16, 2020 to around 20:18 of the same day, the Defendant: (a) came to be a storage of container goods listed in paragraph (3) from around 18:41 to around 20:18 of the same day; (b) destroyed the lock-up entrance by taking out the lock-out door in part; and (c) intruded into the lock-out entrance; and (d) was at least KRW 500,000,000 of the market price of the victim E-owned by the victim E, who was under custody, at least KRW 500,000,000 of the market price for the industrial power generation period; and (e) KRW 10,000,000 of the market price of the electricity line.
