1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On September 3, 2018, the head of the office of the Dong-nam Regional Statistics Office published the C recruitment plan as follows (hereinafter “instant recruitment examination”), and the Plaintiff applied for the field of business assistant, along with a certificate of persons eligible for employment assistance under Article 31 of the Act on the Honorable Treatment and Support of Persons, etc. of Distinguished Services to the State.

1. The number of persons to be recruited and the contract period: The recruitment classification of Sis, E, F-Gun, the number of persons to be recruited: One business assistant, the contract method and the contract period: Labor contract and allowances from October 15, 2018 to November 29, 2018: 60,240 won (on a daily basis);

2. Selection method of document screening - The second interview type (limited to a successful applicant) which is assessed to meet the prescribed standards, such as the qualification of a person who has participated in the performance of the relevant duties - The comprehensive evaluation, such as knowledge in the field of statistics and the desire attitude, etc. - The successful applicant shall be determined in the order of persons with good grades (documents and interviews).

3. A person who has no difficulty in performing his/her duties due to dual employment, etc. granted additional points under the Act on the Honorable Treatment and Support of Persons, etc. of Distinguished Services to the State and the Act on the Honorable Treatment of Persons, etc. of Distinguished Services to the State, and the Act on the Honorable Treatment of Persons, etc. of Distinguished Services to the State;

B. On October 2, 2018, the Plaintiff passed the document screening in the instant recruitment examination assistant field.

(3) A person who passed the document screening process in the above field was awarded five additional points in relation to persons who have rendered distinguished services to the State in the document screening. The Plaintiff applied for the interview screening process in the above examination, but failed to be included in the final assistant candidate on October 8, 2018.

Three visitations were sentenced to the interview, and one of three successful applicants in the document screening form was not subject to the interview screening, and the plaintiff is in the interview screening form.
