A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. On September 3, 2014, at around 22:10, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (measures to avoid accidents) and driven a D low-priced car, and led the Defendant to make a right-hand turn to the direction of the military at the right-hand road in front of the door-to-face market of the Ansan Agricultural and Fishery Products in the interest of the Gu during the safe-time period.
In this case, a person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to prevent accidents by accurately manipulating the pre-defacing, steering, and brakes.
Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and failed to immediately stop and take necessary measures, even though he received the right side of the F News Pac-ro bus owned by the F.C. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F.
2. The Defendant asked G, an employee of the same company, who did not immediately stop and take necessary measures despite the occurrence of a traffic accident as above at the same time and at the same place as set forth in paragraph (1), to ask G to make a statement that he paid the traffic accident while driving the said vehicle.
At around 09:30 on September 4, 2014, the Defendant accepted G’s consent, and made a false statement that G was driven by a police officer in charge of the police station during the safe-sea period, while driving G while making the said traffic accident.
As a result, the defendant instigated G to escape a person who commits a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment.
