The Defendants did not pay the above fine.

1. Defendant A is a person engaged in sales of precious metals with the trade name “E” in Busan Dong-gu D.

On February 18, 2014, the Defendant purchased 1, 1, 1, and 4 gold bars from F, a chain, which is owned by the victim with no knowledge of the name that F stolen from G from F, at the upper gold bank.

In such cases, the defendant, who is engaged in sales of precious metals, has a duty of care to verify whether he/she is stolen by ascertaining the personal information, etc. of the seller, and by properly examining the details of acquisition of precious metals, the motive for sales, and the price suitable for the transaction price.

Nevertheless, the Defendant acquired the stolen goods by purchasing the precious metal in KRW 1,231,00, by negligence, while neglecting the above care and neglecting the judgment on the stolen goods.

2. Defendant C is a person engaged in sales of precious metals with the trade name “I” in Busan Dong-gu H.

On February 18, 2014, the Defendant purchased two teams, one gold-brushes, one gold-brushes, one gold-brushes, one gold-brushes, and one gold-brushes, which are owned by the victim, in which the name that F was stolen by G from F was unknown at the upper gold bank.

3. Defendant B is a person engaged in the sales and pawning of precious metals with the trade name “K” at the Busan Southern-gu J.

The Defendant is five times from February 6, 2014 to February 22, 2014.
