1. The reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, citing this case, is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except where the second part of the judgment of the court of first instance, "a Dowon building" is deemed to be "a Dowon building" for the purpose of using it as a Dowon," and thus, it shall be cited as it is in accordance with the main sentence
