1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 34,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 8, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, on February 9, 201, transferred 40,104,30 won to the Defendant, including bed against C’s bed against the Defendant on February 9, 201, and the assignment of the claim was notified on February 17, 2011, seeking KRW 34,000,000, not paid transfer money (Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act).
