On September 21, 1995, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for night intrusion larceny at the Gwangju District Court on September 21, 1995 and has three times the same military force in addition to imprisonment with prison labor for ten years.

1. The Defendant habitually stolen property worth KRW 2,953,000 in total on six occasions, as shown in the list of crimes, from that time to March 8, 2013, respectively, by the following methods: (a) from that time, to March 11, 30, 2013.

2. Violation of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act, and fraud;

A. On February 24, 2013, the Defendant purchased 3,600 won (e.g., small 1 illness and tobacco 1) at the H convenience store operated by the victim F of the victim F in Yong-Namnam-Gun G on February 24, 2013, and had the victim present the Defendant’s national card (J) in the name of the victim as I and then had the victim settle the same day, thereby allowing the victim to use a stolen credit card and obtain pecuniary benefits equivalent to the said amount by inducing the victim to pay the said 3,600 won.
