Punishment of the crime
On August 31, 2013, at around 01:24, the Defendant driven B rocketing car at the section of about 1 Km from the front day of the brick tunnel, which is located in the camping dong in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, to the front day of the central intersection in the same west-dong, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.10%.
