For a person who has requested an attachment order, an electronic tracking device shall be attached for a period of two years.

On May 20, 2014, the Defendant and the person to whom the attachment order was requested (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant”) were sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for not more than six months for compulsory indecent acts in the Gwangju District Court’s net support, and completed the execution of the sentence on August 26, 2014.

1. On February 10, 2017, the Defendant forced indecent act: (a) entered a business establishment operated by the victim D (the 35-year old age) located in C on February 10, 2017; (b) and (c) wanting to engage in sexual traffic to the victim D.

However, the above victim does not engage in sexual traffic.

The above victim's face was cut off by hand even though he/she resisted, such as the defect, "Chewing baby", and the two arms, forced the victim D by force, and the above victim was pusheded.

Then, the victim F(n, 37 years of age) of the above business in the next place had the victim F(n, 37 years of age) kn't kn's kn's kn's kn's kn's kn't.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victims.

2. The suspect who has interfered with his/her business is, at the time and place specified in paragraph 1, the victims on the ground that the victims do not have a sexual relationship with him/her at the same time and place, and why he/she does not have a sexual relationship with him/her.

They have to do so.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victims' marina business by force.

[The facts leading to the attachment order] The Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 3 million for a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Sexual Crimes and Protection of Victims Thereof (Rape, etc. of Minors under the age of 13) in the Gwangju District Court’s Net Branch on January 2, 2009. On March 22, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for six months due to a violation of the Act on the Protection of Children Juveniles from Sexual Abuse (Rape, etc.) and was sentenced to a forced indecent act on May 22, 2014.
