A. The Plaintiff is an insurer who has concluded a comprehensive motor vehicle insurance contract with C Stwit vehicles (hereinafter “Plaintiffs”). The Defendant is an insurer who has concluded a comprehensive motor vehicle insurance contract with D Ktwit vehicles (hereinafter “Defendant vehicles”).

B. 1) Occurrence of the instant traffic accident E Hyundai 10 tons and trucks (hereinafter “first vehicle”).

(2) On June 26, 2018, around 04:05, at a point of 23.8 KKm in the following mountain direction for the Yanju-gun Highway located in the Yanju-gun-gun-gun-gun-gun, the FMo-Mo five tons Truck (hereinafter referred to as “second-lane truck”) driven ahead of the two-lane course in the direction of susansan-gun from the length of water to the susan-gun.

However, while the first vehicle was not placed at the right side of the third vehicle, the two-lanes continued on the left side of the third vehicle and stopped on the first-lanes side of the first vehicle.

(4) While proceeding along the two-lanes of the above road, the two-lanes changed rapidly to one way in order to avoid the collision with the first vehicle. As above, the latter part of the above vehicle did not avoid the collision with the third vehicle which was stopped on the one-lanes, and the latter part of the vehicle was shocked to the front part of the fourth vehicle, and the latter part of the vehicle stopped on the other-lanes. (4) While proceeding on the other-lanes of the above road, the latter part of the fourth vehicle stopped on the other-lanes as above.
