The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the record, it is justifiable for the court below to maintain the judgment of the court of first instance that acquitted the Defendant on May 15, 2013 of the facts charged in the instant case on the ground that there is no proof of a crime, and there is no violation of law by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations as alleged in the grounds of appeal against logical and empirical rules and exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence.

Meanwhile, although the prosecutor appealed against the entire judgment of the court below, the prosecutor does not state the grounds of objection against the petition of appeal or the reasoning of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
