However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Violence;

A. On August 12, 2015, at around 22:00, the Defendant: (a) brought a dispute with the victim D (here, 41 years of age) who was his wife at the domicile of the Defendant of Busan apartment C, on the grounds that he was late returning home; (b) 2 times the victim’s scambling, and scambling the victim’s arms in both arms.

At around 03:00 on February 2018, the Defendant, in the residence of the H building I in Yangsan-si, had been able to say that the said victim “n't have any money collected by being well known of singing funeral so far,” and had been able to say that “I had been able to do so so so so so so, at one time.”

On May 5, 2018, the Defendant was found to have been dismissed by the said victim on the ground that the Defendant was bad for the following reasons: (a) around 02:0 on the grounds that the Defendant’s 5th floor J. K of Yangsan-si was an issue of calculating the value of customers and alcoholic beverages.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim four times.

2. 상해 피고인은 2017. 7. 11. 23:50 경 양산시 J 상가 5 층 K 호 'G 노래방 '에서, 고객 응대 문제로 피해자와 말다툼을 하던 중 피해자의 뺨을 수 회 때리고, 밀어서 바닥에 넘어뜨린 다음 발로 몸을 수 회 찼다.

As a result, the defendant put the victim with base base and elbow elbow straws in need of approximately two weeks of treatment.

3. The coercion and the Defendant’s injury: (a) around 11:00 on September 28, 2019, in the Defendant’s residence in Yangsan-si L apartment Mho-si; (b) why the Defendant had been forced and injured; and (c) why the Defendant had no money collected during the period;
