Defendant

A Co., Ltd. is a corporation established for the purpose of importing and selling printed equipment and expendable goods, and the defendant A is the representative of the above corporation.

1. Any person who intends to manufacture, sell, or import broadcasting and communications equipment, and machinery which causes electromagnetic interference or is affected by electromagnetic waves, shall undergo conformity assessment of the relevant equipment;

Nevertheless, from October 2018 to April 2019, the Defendant imported 10 parts of the Product Model (Best A4), 12 parts of the Product Model (D-7), and 10 parts of the Product Model (AC-3000), and 10 parts of the Product Model (AC-3000) from China on three occasions. From November 2018 to October 2019, the Defendant imported from China the above Product Model (Best A4) five parts of the Product Model (Best A4), 4 parts of the Product Model (D-7), 4 parts of the Product Model (D-1,517,50 won), 30 parts of the Product Model (D-7), 308, 300 won of the Product Model (A-3050 won of the Product Model), and 3080, 300 won of the Product Model (A-30,500 won of the Product Model).

2. Defendant A, the representative of Defendant B, committed an act in violation of the above 1. Paragraph 1 in relation to the Defendant’s business at the same date and at the same place as the above 1.
