1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
The Plaintiff asserts that around April 12, 201, the Defendant lent KRW 60,400,000 to the Defendant under the pretext of an agreement, and then sought payment of KRW 60,400,000 and damages for delay against the Defendant.
On the other hand, the evidence presented by the plaintiff alone is insufficient to recognize the above lending of the plaintiff's assertion, and there is no other evidence to acknowledge it, and the plaintiff's above assertion is without merit.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
