A. N,O, P, Plaintiff A, C, D, Defendant G, H, and I were co-owners of Q forest 4,157 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”), R forest 180 square meters, and S forest 15,94 square meters (hereinafter “the instant three parcels”) around March 2010, Namyang-si, Namyang-si, as the co-owners of Q forest 4,157 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”).

B. On March 2010, the remaining nine co-owners, except N, concluded a land division agreement with each of the co-owners to divide the three parcels of this case by specifying the location and size of the three parcels of this case and to own each of the divided parts in the future exclusively (hereinafter “instant land division agreement”).

The location and size of each co-owner's land stipulated in the land division agreement of this case shall be as follows, and the ratio of shares stipulated in the land division agreement of this case shall be the ratio of co-ownership on the register of real estate injury of 3 lots of this case
