Punishment of the crime
On November 9, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the Incheon District Court on April 20, 201, and imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime at the same court on October 26, 201, and imprisonment with prison labor for six months in the same court on October 26, 2012, and one year in the same court on July 3, 2014, and completed the execution of the final sentence on January 21, 2015.

1. The Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment not less than three times for larceny and attempted larceny as above, but around June 20, 2016, at around 00:25, the “F operated by the victim E in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, which was displayed in front of the entrance of the entrance of the victim, was stolen by using one laund in the amount equivalent to KRW 290,000 of the market price of the victim’s possession.

2. On June 29, 2016, around 14:05, the Defendant thefted the victim I’s market value with one white half of KRW 19,000, which was displayed at a place before the H store located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.
3. On June 29, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving on an off-to-land without obtaining a motor engine bicycle license from around 14:00 on June 29, 2016, driving approximately 2 km from the front side of Gyeyang Gyeyang-gu in Incheon to the same place as that described in paragraph 2.

Defendant 1 had been sentenced to imprisonment not less than three times for larceny and attempted larceny as above, but around September 23, 2016, around the L convenience store in Gyeyang-gu Incheon, at around 11:27, Defendant 2:50 won of the market price owned by the said victim’s M, where the inside land owned by the said victim’s M is left at the right road, was stolen. 5. On September 23, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (a non-licenseless driving) by driving a NEngine bicycle without obtaining a bicycle license for a motor device at around 1:00 on September 23, 2016.
