1. The defendant shall pay 130,966,185 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from December 9, 2014 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The remaining goods price of KRW 130,966,185, which remains after deducting KRW 5,000,000, out of the total amount of goods prices for information and communications construction cables, etc. supplied by the Plaintiff from July 2014 to November 2014, which was paid to the Defendant, from KRW 135,96,185, and the claim for the repayment of the delayed payment claim therefor.
