On July 28, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Busan District Court, and on December 22, 2009, the Gwangju High Court sentenced three years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) and completed the execution of the sentence in the wood prison on April 29, 2012.

Criminal facts

1. On May 8, 2012, around 11:42, the Defendant cut off the victim’s 4th class E clothes store located in Gwangju Northern-gu, from the perspective of the victim’s 600,000 won in cash 40,000 won in the market price, and the amount of KRW 1,30,000 in the market price, including 2 copies of modern department store gift certificates of KRW 1,00,000 in the market price, and 1,30,000 in the gold gift certificates of KRW 10,00 in the market price.

2. At around 14:00 on May 8, 2012, the Defendant, at the 2nd floor G 2nd floor of the foregoing D department store, stolen the Defendant’s market value of the victim’s possession, which had been laid on his own her own neck to wear clothes, including KRW 110,00,000, and KRW 136,00,000, in cash located in the wall.

3. From around 14:00 to 15:00 on May 8, 2012, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of the amount equivalent to KRW 1,750,00,000, of KRW 750,000, which was the victim’s J left around the victim’s second floor I store in order to raise clothes; (b) the market price of the victim’s ownership, which was 750,000, and KRW 500,000, which was contained in the household room; and (c) the amount of KRW 1,50,00,00,000, of KRW 30,000 in the new world department store; (d) KRW 50,00,00,000, such as KRW 1, gift gift certificates, and KRW 50,00,00 in the market price.

4. On May 8, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 14:25, 2012, at the instant D department store’s second-class K women’s shop, laid off the victim L’s clothes at his/her own seat; (b) 100,000 won in cash, and 70,000 won in the market price.
