1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,000,000 and the interest thereon from June 2, 2016 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. On January 18, 2005, the Plaintiff, who indicated the claim, lent KRW 50,000,000 to Defendant B. In this case, D and Defendant C, on the grounds that they jointly and severally guaranteed Defendant B’s obligation to the Plaintiff, claiming the refund of the loan and the compensation for the statutory damages for delay.
