(2) The provisions of Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act apply only to the case where the original copy of the original payment order was served, the defendant submitted a simple written objection that does not dispute the cause of the plaintiff's claim, and the subsequent written response was not submitted, and the plaintiff did not appear at the date of pleading, and therefore, the plaintiff's assertion was led to the confession under Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act (Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act).
