5. Contract amount: 3,315,000,000 won (excluding value-added tax).

6. Contract bond: A letter of guarantee equivalent to ten percent of the contract price;

8. A completed amount: Cash payment shall be made every month at the base rate.

9. Items and quantities of materials to be paid: No 10%: 3% of the defect warranty bond rate; 1/100 of the statutory period of the defect warranty period; 1/100 of the outline and scale of the construction: 1st underground floor; 3rd floor; 2,573.37m2: Total floor area: 2,573m2 (78.55m2): floor area ratio: 1,935.89m2 (5.61m2)- structure: 1,935.89m2 (1m2, 585.61m2): - Number of steel reinforced concrete structures (PT method): 26m2: 34m2 (3) - Building scale: 1st underground floor and 3st floor; 28.1m: Building height: The date of completion or completion of construction works (including approval for temporary use) from the government office; 11m2, as the date of completion or completion of construction works;

Accordingly, if it is deemed necessary to extend or reduce the construction period or to increase or decrease the contract price, it shall be adjusted in consultation with the Plaintiff.
