A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and by imprisonment with prison labor for one year.

However, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Defendant A

A. A. On March 15, 2020, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (sexual traffic) paid 200,000 won as the price for sexual traffic to E (the age of 15) who came to know through a mobile phone display in Tae-si MaMoel D around 15:00 on March 15, 202 and engaged in sexual traffic by providing E and once sexual intercourse.

B. On March 26, 2020, the Defendant violated the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (sexual purchase, etc.) paid KRW 200,000 as the price for sexual traffic to E and once sexual intercourse with E, even though he/she knew that E was a juvenile under the age of 19 years after sexual traffic listed in the preceding paragraph at the F Building G heading office in Taecheon-si, Taecheon-si, 200, but he/she became aware that E was a juvenile under the age of 19 years.

2. Defendant B

A. On March 14, 2020, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (sexual traffic) paid KRW 100,000 as the price for sexual traffic to E (the age of 15) who became aware of by mobile phone display in the H2:0 on March 14, 2020.

B. On March 15, 2020, the Defendant: (a) paid KRW 100,000 as the price for sexual traffic to E, and had become a juvenile under 19 years of age, even though he/she knew that he/she was a juvenile under 19 years of age after the sexual traffic listed in the Hel J from Tae-si on March 15, 2020; (b) the Defendant had sexual intercourse with E and once with E, thereby purchasing the sex of E, a juvenile. (c) On March 2, 2020, the Defendant paid KRW 100,000 to E from the fourth floor of the Mamo-si at the end of the end of March 2020, paid KRW 10,000 to E with the price for sexual traffic; and (d) provided the same with E and once to purchase the sex of a juvenile.
