A. D has been cultivated from the Republic of Korea in accordance with the Farmland Reform Act, as the land before replotting of each real estate listed in the separate sheet, the Eth 457 square meters has been distributed.

B. Around December 2, 1955, the Council-Si around December 2, 1955 designated CJ 320.89 as a land substitution for the said land prior to the said land substitution by implementing a land substitution and rearrangement project on a lot of land prior to the land substitution.

C. Since that time, D sold approximately 300 square meters of the above land scheduled for substitution to F, G, H, I, J, K, L, and L, respectively. From May 12, 1966 to September 20, 1967, 45/457 shares in the above F, 20/457 shares in the above G, 60/457 shares in the above H, 40/457 shares in the above J, 23/457 shares in the above J, 23/457 shares in the above J, 14/457 shares in the above L, and 75/457 shares in the above L, and the registration of transfer of ownership in the name of M was terminated on December 2, 1974.

The part purchased by the above F is N,O, P, Q, and R; the part purchased by the above G is T, U, and V; the part purchased by the above H is W, X; the part purchased by the above H is Y via W, X; the part purchased by the above H is Z, AA, AB, and AC; the part purchased by the above K is sold to AF via E; the part purchased by the above J was sold to AF; and the part purchased by the above J was sold to AG; and the registration of transfer of ownership of each part was completed.

E. D around June 30, 1970, around 55 square meters of the portion remaining after the sale of the land classified and specified to F, G, H, I, J, K, and L among the land scheduled for substitution, and about the right to the land prior to the above land substitution, D sold to AH a right (right to claim settlement money, etc.) with the exception of the right to sell the land classified and specified as above, and completed the registration of transfer of shares in its name with respect to shares of 180/457 for convenience.

F. Meanwhile, the above AH died on January 6, 1974 and succeeded to its property by AI, AJ, AK, and AL, and the above AJ has obtained the consent of the remaining successors on July 23, 1974.
