1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 46,960,00 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from December 3, 2015 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
(However, among the causes of the same claim, the 'creditor' is changed to 'Plaintiff' and 'debtor' to 'Defendant' respectively. The plaintiff corrected the damages for delay that the plaintiff seeks from the day after the delivery of the copy of the complaint of this case to 15% per annum.
