1. 상해, 폭행, 재물 손괴 피고인은 2015. 2. 7. 05:05 경 춘천시 서부 대성로 95-4 노상에서 동거 녀인 B과 귀가하면서 말다툼 하던 중 아무런 이유 없이 그곳을 지나가던 피해자 C(51 세) 운전의 D 택시를 발견하고 위 택시 본네트에 올라 타 발길질을 하고 주먹으로 앞 유리창을 수회 때린 다음 위 택시의 운전석 문을 열고 피해자 C의 멱살을 잡고 주먹과 발로 위 피해자를 수회 때리고, 조수석에 승차하고 있던 승객인 피해자 E(45 세) 가 이를 말리자 발로 위 피해자의 왼쪽 옆구리를 1회 걷어찼다.

Accordingly, the defendant suffered damage to the victim C by damaging the sphere that requires approximately two weeks of treatment, and assaulted the victim E, and damaged the market price by destroying the main sphere of the above taxi.

2. 1. Application of the Acts and subordinate statutes to the victim C of his/her damaged photo, victim E and the damaged flag photo, taxi- damaged part photograph, damaged flag photograph;

1. Article 257(1) of the Criminal Act (the point of injury) and Article 257 of the Criminal Act as to the crime.
