1. On October 16, 2013, between October 16, 2013 20:50- 21:30, the Defendant: (a) had the victim D posted 30,000 won in cash, and 20,000 won in gift certificates, on his/her book, the Defendant stolen the wallets containing KRW 30,00 in cash and KRW 20,000 in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul.

2. On October 18, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 19:00, the victim E set up a verification color room equivalent to 90,000 won of the market price on a book; (b) laid down the possession of cosmetics, etc. in a household room on the floor; and (c) laid down them out of an empty space, and then cut off by a line.

3. On October 22, 2013, the Defendant: (a) up to 17:00 - around 17:40, the Defendant: (b) set up the Victim F in the above C 514, the Victim F, on the book, set up all possessions of cosmetics, etc. on the floor, etc. in which the market price is equivalent to KRW 60,00,000; and (c) cut off from the door of the open space, and cut off them out.

4. On October 31, 2013, the Defendant: (a) between around 20:00 - around 22:00, the victim G 601 set up a bags equivalent to KRW 300,000 in the market value on his/her book; (b) laid off the door outside of the open space in the same manner as in the preceding paragraph; and (c) cut off it out of the open space in the same manner as in the preceding paragraph.

5. On November 1, 2013, at around 13:25, the Defendant stolen the goods in an amount equivalent to KRW 560,000,00 in total on five occasions, including the theft of clothing equivalent to KRW 60,00,00 from the market price owned by the Victim G by the Defendant.
