The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. In the facts charged, the Defendant is a person who holds a regular position in Sung-gu, Sungwon-si, Sung-si, as a managing director.
At around 09:00 on August 12, 2016, the Defendant directed the victim D (son and 28 years of age) who is an employee of the same company to conduct the entire factory cleaning work, but the victim refused to do so and refused to do so, and the Defendant assaulted the victim during each other on the grounds that the victim refuses to do so and refuses to do so.
