Around March 2012, the Defendant sold a house owned by the Defendant in Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si to the victim D (the age of 65). However, after about two years thereafter, the Defendant did not sell the said house to the victim, so the Defendant did not sell the following bonds, so there was a dispute with the victim.

1. Special intrusion upon residence;

A. On October 7, 2016, the Defendant committed the crime, following around 13:00 on October 7, 2016, went into the victim’s residence without the consent of the victim, and went into the victim’s house with a net value (37cm in total length) that is a dangerous object without the consent of the victim.

B. On October 9, 2016, around 09:20 on October 9, 2016, the Defendant: (a) carried a saw (a dangerous object without the consent of the victim) and went into the residence of the victim, with a saw (a total length of about 32 cm) without the consent of the victim.

2. Intrusion upon residence;

A. On September 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed early September 2015, 2015, the Defendant: (b) opened a gate, which was corrected in the said house, when the Defendant resided in the Defendant, by several times; and (c) went into the house without the victim’s consent; and (d) invaded the victim’s residence, such as the Defendant’s boomed 20 minutes on the floor without the victim’s consent.

B. Around November 2015, the Defendant: (a) around November 2015, the Defendant opened several gates in which it was corrected to install a steel tower in the said house with no victim; and (b) went into a marina without the victim’s consent; and (c) invaded upon the victim’s residence.

3. Destruction and damage of special property; and

A. On October 3, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around October 3, 2016, around 08:30, the Defendant, who committed the crime, landed in the victim’s possession on several occasions, and damaged KRW 350,000 of the repair cost by lowering the hushes, which is a dangerous thing in the said house (37 cm in total length).

B. On October 7, 2016, the Defendant committed the crime, at the time and place specified in paragraph (1) of Article 1, 6 entrances at the close of the floor owned by the victim, which is a dangerous object at the time and place specified in paragraph (1) of the same Article. 2.
