On November 9, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year at the Incheon District Court for fraud, etc. on November 9, 2010, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on November 17, 2010.

The defendant thought that he is working as the head of the direct management of the apartment site, with the intention of supplying the scrap metal coming from the construction site to the scrap metal businessman at the low price, and acquired the price by deceiving the proceeds.

1. On August 2010, the criminal defendant against the victim C made a false statement to the victim C, who works for metal withdrawal despite the lack of intent and ability to supply scrap metal at the mutual influence points located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City. The defendant made a false statement to the victim C, “The defendant works as a construction supervisor at the construction site of the F apartment in Gyeonggi-do, Busan Metropolitan City, and there is a difference in the supply of scrap metal coming from the construction site.”

Around September 13, 2010, the Defendant received KRW 300,000,00 from the victim to a new bank passbook under the name of the Defendant and received KRW 8,750,000 in total from that time by November 5, 2010, from that time by the following methods: (a) around November 5, 2010, the Defendant received KRW 8,750,000 in total from that time to that time under the name of the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

2. On December 20, 201, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim E, “The facts at the restaurant” located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, stating that “In spite of the absence of the intent or capacity to find the victim E employment or to supply the scrap metal to the passenger terminal guard for the Incheon Airport Passenger Terminal, the Defendant provided the victim with the money from the construction site of the KS (SK) apartment construction site.”

In other words, the defendant was transferred KRW 3,00,000 from the victim's seat to the head of the Tong under the name of the defendant as a good intermediary for employment, and the defendant was entered in the list of crimes from that time.
