성폭력범죄의처벌등에관한특례법위반(업무상위력등에의한추행)
A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime

1. Indecent act in the defendant's vehicle;
