1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.

Reasons

This court ordered the plaintiff to provide a security for the costs of lawsuit on November 4, 2019 pursuant to Articles 117(2) and 120(1) of the Civil Procedure Act. However, the plaintiff did not provide a security within the period prescribed in the above order from the date the above order to provide a security became final and conclusive. Thus, the court decides to dismiss the lawsuit of this case without pleading pursuant to the main sentence of Article 124 of the Civil Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
