1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 40,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from February 13, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On July 22, 2011, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant to lease the part of the medical storage facility from among the call text of Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (Seoul District Court Decision 40,000,000 won, and the period from August 21, 2011 to the date agreed by both parties, and paid the above deposit to the Defendant around that time. Since the lease was terminated on August 19, 2013, the said deposit was returned and the delayed payment was claimed.
