2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by each person;

A. Each real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “each of the instant land”) was assessed in the name of G on April 5, 1914 at the time of the Land Survey Project, which was the Japanese colonial occupation.

B. G died on September 21, 1917, on which H, as the head of G, independently inherited property in addition to the family inheritance, and H died on December 28, 1950, and at the time of the death, the bereaved family member of G was the wife I and his married couple (J on April 21, 1943). At the time of the death, G inherited property independently with the family inheritance, and I died on around 1987, and K succeeded to property.

Since January 2, 2015, K died on January 2, 2015 and the plaintiff inherited it solely.

C. On December 20, 1953, each of the lands listed in paragraphs (1) and (2) of this case (hereinafter “land of this case”) completed the registration of ownership transfer due to inheritance in the name of Defendant B, M, N,O, P, Q, R, R, T (M hereinafter “M”) on January 23, 1975, and M et al. completed the registration of ownership transfer on January 23, 1975.

On March 6, 1954, the Gyeonggi-si U land was registered for the recovery of ownership under the name of the Defendant C on July 28, 1962, and the registration of ownership transfer was completed under the name of W on July 28, 1962. The parcel number was divided into X,Y, and Z, and each land listed in paragraphs 3 through 5 (hereinafter “instant land”). On April 15, 1976, the registration of ownership transfer was completed due to each trade under the name of the Defendant C.

E. The registration of ownership recovery was completed in the name of AA on February 12, 1954 for each of the lands listed in Paragraph 6 (hereinafter “instant Paragraph 6”), and the registration of ownership transfer was completed on January 29, 197 under Defendant D’s name on January 29, 197.

F. The land listed in paragraph (7) (hereinafter “instant Paragraph (7)”) among each of the instant lands is the land, and the ownership recovery registration is completed on March 8, 1954 under the name of Defendant E, a punishment for Defendant E, and then on December 8, 1979.
