Defendant A Co., Ltd. shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,00,000 as well as the interest rate from June 30, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

2. Grounds for determination;

(a) Defendant A: Article 208(3)3, and Articles 194 through 196 of the Civil Procedure Act;

(b) Defendant B: Article 208(3)2, and Article 150(1) and (3) of the Civil Procedure Act (in a case where deemed as a person in question);
