Criminal facts

After all, the defendant, by deceiving the victim, acquired pecuniary profits equivalent to 17,600 won of the freight of the STRT train.
2. On May 30, 2017, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act, forged the signature of the company, and signed the investigation at Seoul Local Railroad Police Team D located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government around 22:45.
