Defendants are friendly relatives, and Defendant A was the victim C(M, 21 years of age) and the previous years.

1. Defendants’ criminal conduct

A. As a result, the Defendants conspired to commit acts such as arranging sexual traffic on two occasions.

2. On January 1, 2019, Defendant A received the victim’s message “to report to the police about the intermediation of sexual traffic” from the victim through the mobile phone page in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, the Defendant sent the victim a text message “to report the brokerage of sexual traffic to the police” in the same manner. In that way, Defendant A threatened the victim by sending the text message “I am balmpis. I am spread across the country. I do so. I will do so. I will do so in this way.”
