1. The defendant shall pay 22,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from December 17, 2004 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The plaintiff was sentenced to the judgment against the defendant on January 28, 2005 that "the defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 22 million won and 20% interest per annum from December 17, 2004 to the day of complete payment" as Busan District Court Decision 2004Ga135385, and the above judgment became final and conclusive on February 15, 2005, and the claim of this case was made for the interruption of prescription of the above loan claim.
