A. The Plaintiff owns 62,876 square meters of K forest in Jeonnam-gun, Jeonnam-gun, and the Defendants shared 5,653 square meters of J forest (hereinafter “the instant forest”) as the heir of the network L, and owned M forest land 53,831 square meters of mar for convenience (hereinafter “the instant forest”).

The KK forest is a franchi that is not adjacent to the road.

C. On September 21, 2016, the Plaintiff: (a) obtained authorization for a forest management plan with respect to the portion of 20,000 square meters of K forest owned by the Plaintiff, among K forest and forest land; and (b) plant trees are growing at a place where trees are planted, and is currently growing thereon.

In order to enter roads to be provided and used as roads for the passage of the general public (hereinafter referred to as “instant meritorious services”), it is the only way to enter the forest owned by the Defendant through the forest owned by the clan M M, which is currently the only way.

If the forest of this case is divided into a passage through the port entry, the length of the vehicle and the people walk from the forest of this case to the meritorious service of this case is about 2.7m.
