1. The defendant shall pay 192,050,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from June 10, 2005 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. On September 2, 2005, the judgment was rendered on September 2, 2005 that "the defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 19,2050,000 won with interest of 20% per annum from June 10, 2005 to the day of full payment," and the above judgment became final and conclusive around that time.
After that, the expiration of the extinctive prescription period of the above claim was imminent, and the plaintiff filed the lawsuit in this case for the extension of the prescription period.
