A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. On August 8, 2017, at around 16:50, the Defendant: (a) was at the D convenience store located in C, and the owner of the above vehicle was underwater and was stopped pursuant to the new subparagraph before the D convenience store in C, and (b) was at the same time stopped, and (c) was in a state of not obtaining a driver’s license; (b) the above G was arrested by requesting a police officer from G police officers belonging to the National Police Agency of the North Korean National Police Agency of the Gyeonggi-do to open a driver’s seat on the right side of the vehicle; and (c) the said G was in a state of leaving the window on the right side of the vehicle and having the said G go beyond the floor, thereby causing injury to the said G, such as the influe of the blue bow for treatment.
Accordingly, the defendant, carrying a dangerous object, interfered with police officers' legitimate execution of their duties, and inflicted an injury on police officers during this process.
2. Violation of the Traffic Act on roads.
A. On August 6, 2017, around 18:48, the Defendant driven a e-labeler car owned by the Defendant without obtaining a driver’s license from the 2km section from the 13-1st apartment of the city of Pakistan to the 1stm apartment of the city of Pakistan from the 13-11st city of the city of Pakistan to the 2km village of the city of Pakistan.
B. On August 7, 2017, at around 18:00, the Defendant driven the said car without obtaining a driver’s license from the 175k section of the door-to-door located in the 1759 km-ro, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-do.

around 11:00 on August 8, 2017, the Defendant driven the said car without obtaining a driver’s license from around 30km section from the 11:00 above, to the waton, Hanyang-ro, Seoyang-si, Seoyang-si, Seoyang-ro 24, Goyang-si.
