1. As to shares of 1/6 of the real estate listed in the separate sheet:

Reasons

1. On March 6, 2010, the Plaintiff: (a) acquired the claim against B; (b) committed a fraudulent act by which B, in excess of the debt, agreed on the division of inherited property with respect to real estate recorded in the separate sheet, to transfer his/her inheritance share to the Defendant, who is the same claimant; and (c) completed the registration of ownership transfer accordingly; (b) accordingly, filed the instant lawsuit to preserve the responsible property through restitution.
