1. The Defendant’s KRW 28,813,578 as well as the Plaintiff’s KRW 20% per annum from September 5, 2015 to September 30, 2015.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. On September 30, 2015, Article 2(2) of the Addenda to the Regulations on Special Cases Concerning Encouragement, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 26553) that was promulgated as of September 25, 2015 and enforced as of October 1, 2015, an annual interest rate of 20% under the previous provisions until September 30, 2015, and 15% per annum, which is the interest rate under the amended provisions, shall apply from October 1, 2015.
