Punishment of the crime
On March 26, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to three years by the Jeonju District Court for a violation of the Act on Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on November 11, 2014.
1. At around 22:30 on December 14, 2014, the Defendant habitually stolen property worth KRW 5,916,100 in total, on 222 occasions in the market price from around that time to February 26, 2015, including the following: (a) in Vaina located in U in the front city of the front city, where the Defendant was placed adjacent to the key of the victim W W clothes; (b) the cresh cresh brought about KRW 800,000 in cash located in the victim’s clothes after a year of the cresh; and (c) the Defendant habitually stolen property at least KRW 5,916,100 in total at the market price from that time to February 26, 2015.
2. On January 26, 2015, the Defendant, including the violation of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act and fraud, purchased a softer at X stores located at a time lower than 45,00 won in the market price, had the above store occupant, who was the victim of whom the name of the Y was unknown, by presenting the 45,000 won card sales slip as if he/she was his/her card, and had him/her prepare a 45,000 won card sales slip, which was stolen by signing his/her member signature. As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received at least 45,000 won in the market price from the victim, and received at least 1,000 won in the market price from the victim until February 25, 2015, the Defendant attempted to use the stolen card over 36 times as shown in the attached Table No. 1 of Crimes (2), while, at the same time, attempted to steal the total market price of the 2,046,500 won in the market price.
