【Criminal Facts】

1. Defendant A - The fraud Defendant purchased high-priced H automobiles at a high height around May 2012.

In the event of a traffic accident in an external car, the Defendant paid unrepaired repair costs on condition that no repair would be undermined by an insurance company, with the knowledge that it would bring a considerable profit to a general industrial company by receiving such money, and intentionally caused a traffic accident on the above Indian vehicle, and then would receive insurance money in the name of unrepair cost incurred in the process.

On May 14, 2012, around 10:56, the Defendant was driving a motor vehicle in front of the J Hospital, which is located in the I of Jung-Eup, in front of the J Hospital, and was partially driving the motor vehicle, and received a part of the right side of the said motor vehicle on the stone located adjacent to the right side of the said road.

After causing the above accident, the Defendant: (a) contacted the victim Samsung F&M Co., Ltd., which was insured to operate the said human vehicles; (b) submitted an accident report to the victim company; and (c) filed a false report with the victim company as if he/she was frightly shocked during the process of visiting the said J Hospital for business activities; and (d) filed a false report with the victim company.

On May 17, 2012, the Defendant acquired 4,320,000 won from the victim Samsung F&M to the national bank account (K) in his/her name in the name of the repair cost, which was believed to have occurred due to the instant accident by chance.

B. On July 12, 2012, the Defendant was driving the industrial road located in the Tae-Eup-Myeon at Jung-Eup-Myeon on July 12, 2012 by driving the said human ice on the front side from Jung-Eup-Myeon, and was partially driving on the left side of the said vehicle.
