1. The defendant shall be jointly and severally with the plaintiff 32,30,000 won and the interest rate therefor from May 28, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(4) Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (amended by Act No. 208(3) of the Civil Procedure Act) provides that “A creditor shall be deemed to be a “Plaintiff” and “debtor” shall be deemed to be a “Defendant” and “A debtor B shall be deemed to be a “Defendant” and the payment order for the construction cost case for the obligor B was finalized.
