1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 132,34,338 and KRW 32,579,657 among them, from January 25, 2018 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. The indication of the claim (However, the “creditor” shall be deemed to be the “Plaintiff”, and the “debtor” shall be corrected to the “Defendant”).
2. The judgment deeming confession (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act, and Article 208(3)2 of the Defendant only submitted an original copy of the payment order and a formal written objection, and did not attend the court on the date of pleading without submitting any subsequent detailed written response. Thus, all of the Plaintiff’s allegations are deemed to have been led to the confession under Article 150 of the
